Total Zero Harm supports the use of HSE incentive programs that are designed to promote and enhance safety performance. Our HSE incentive programs are easy to be understood and administer, fair and nondiscriminatory, and provide recognition and rewards worthy of the specified safety accomplishment – and they are well-defined programs rules with clear starting and ending periods.
